ONE-TIME DESIGN OPTIONS:

• Business card designs (Basic & Premium)

  • Basic design includes simple geometry, colors, and/or text

  • Premium design includes complex geometry, inclusion of headshot portraits, QR codes, and/or other branding assets (e.g. logos)

• Logo design (Basic & Premium)

  • Basic design - color variations, PNG format

  • Premium design - custom graphics, animations (optional), color/design variations, brand guide, basic social media marketing bundle utilizing your logo, multiple formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG)

• Marketing Materials (Basic & Premium)

  • "Marketing Materials" includes signs (of all sizes), merchandise (cups, pens, bottles, hats, shirts, etc.), postcards, letterheads, flyers, banners, social media posts (images), posters, and other types of advertising material that would require graphic design.

    • Basic design includes simple vectors, text, and other graphics best suited for the marketing material.

    • Premium design includes custom, highly-engaging graphics, vectors, text, and images designed to entice potential customers/clients to contact you (or whatever the preferred call-to-action may be)

• Website Building and/or Management

  • Website Building (One-Time Service)

    • Get a professionally designed website by us using whatever host/site builder you choose.

    • Receive basic start-up services that include starting the process of building your website's SEO ranking and creating a general good experience for people visiting your site.

    • Mindful designing to get potential customers/clients where they need to be with little confusion. This also includes implementing techniques to drive customers/clients to contact forms, landing pages, and other important pages of the website with the intention on converting to a sale/appointment.

    • You are required to have a logo with a transparent background at a minimum, before we will be able to start building your website. If you don't have this requirement, ask us for a quote on a professional logo design!

  • Website Management (Long-Term Service)

    • Have us monitor your web-traffic and attempt to diagnose abandoned carts and increase time-spent on the website.

    • Continue to build your SEO ranking to attract new, organic traffic to your page.

    • Optimize and continuously update pages to reflect accurate information and improve the overall user experience.

    • Up to 5 designs for your website per month (as needed)

    • Monitor incoming messages, comments, and contacts made on the website and resolve website-related issues in a timely manner (if applicable)

    • Test all website functionality and look for potential bugs across all buttons, links, images, videos, etc on both Desktop and Mobile versions of the website.

    • Update Website with approved promotions, discounts, events, etc.

• Social Media Assets

  • Social Media Assets are defined as images/animations used for social media accounts (e.g. profile pictures (avatars), cover photos, watermarks, bio descriptions, etc.)
